E-Butler Service provides the easiest way for you to operate all of the in-room electronic equipment, such as TV, lights and air conditioner. Our goal is to provide every guest with the most comfortable vacation space and thoughtful “One Step Service.” Dial extension “2” from your room phone, and our housekeeper on duty will provide you with all of the services that you need.
One of Fleur de Chine’s proud services is our unique “Pillow Cart,” with your choice of over 28 kinds of pillows.

It’s our pleasure to prepare some items for your little sweetheart at no cost, such as: cradle, baby blanket, bottle sterilizer, baby tub, baby potty, baby bath set, baby safety bed rail, milk warmer, food processor, baby carrier, etc. Just dial extension “2” and ask.
To provide a safe and comfortable environment, Fleur de Chine Hotel uses Medical-grade UV-C Germicidal Lamp to sanitize each room. All Hotel lobby, restaurants, banquet halls, kitchens, food-prep stations, restrooms, and air conditioning systems install UVC lights to prevent the airborne spread of Coronavirus and Influenza virus. - a continuous devotion to the highest quality of services.

Fleur de Chine Pet Boarding Service:
1. The pet boarding area is located on the 3rd floor and welcomes pets such as cats and dogs (not in guest rooms).
2. To ensure a clean environment, the pet rooms are designed with metal crates.
Recommended to bring:
1. Your pet’s favorite blanket or toys.
2. Pet food (Fleur de Chine can provide water and bowls).
3. If your pet is in heat, it’s recommended to bring a leash and diapers or heat pants.
Important Notes:
1. The pet boarding area is on the 3rd floor and is not part of the guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or public areas of the hotel.
2. Fleur de Chine only provides pet boarding space; feeding, walking, grooming, and other additional services are not available.
3. We regret to inform that we cannot accept pets with the following conditions: aggressive or provocative behavior, separation anxiety, excessive barking, destruction of property, parasites (fleas, ticks), or contagious diseases.
4. Pet owners are responsible for assessing the health condition of your pets. The hotel is not liable for any incidents during the stay.
